All are welcome, even for a cup of&nbsp;tea\/coffee and some company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Caia Food Club maintains a supply of food and other essentials for all those who come.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When we\u2019re open, you\u2019re able to browse through our small shop and get a selection of things to stock up your cupboards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We suggest a&nbsp;<strong>\u00a34 donation for 10 items<\/strong>, if you are able, so that Caia Food Club can continue and reach others in the community too.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hot and cold drinks, and other refreshments are available. Food Club is a chance to meet, support and chat to others.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A book exchange is also available.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>There is also a \u2018Free to Take\u2019 table when we receive items that are near or past their use by date. These are free to take at your own discretion and risk.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>An time of prayer is offered immediately before Food Club every month. Our weekly sessions focus on having fun while building confidence, learning new skills and working toward exciting badges. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Register a Child:<\/strong>&nbsp;Spaces are managed centrally through the national database. Parents can register interest and add their daughter to our unit&#8217;s waiting list on the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.girlguiding.org.uk\/get-involved\/finding-your-nearest-unit\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Girlguiding Find a Unit Page<\/a>.<br><strong>Volunteer with Us:<\/strong>&nbsp;We are always looking for friendly adult volunteers to help run our sessions! No experience is needed, and full training is provided.
